BACKGROUND AND HISTORY

Tan Phong Plastic Joint stock company (TPC) comes into existence in May 2005 with its forerunner namely Phung Hung Engineering Limited company (PHECO) actually established in June 2001 by two major shareholders of TPC with business objectives to provide design services, mould manufacturing as well as other mould related products to customers in northern areas of Vietnam.
With the average growth more than 30% every year, only after three years of establishment, PHECO became one of the leaders in EPS sponzy mould designing and manufacturing in Hanoi and its neighboring provinces. Beside mould business, EPS product business also contribute nearly 50% to the company‘s  turn over and in  which the major product is the ESP liner for helmet provide to Protec Co. (USA). 
Recognizing the growing demand and development of EPS products, founders of PHECO together with new shareholders decided to establish Tan Phong Plastic Company and invested to build a factory to manufacture EPS products at Tan Quang Industrial Center, Van Lam, Hung Yen. The factory inaugurated in May 2007, at the same time, all equipment, machines, technical staff of PHECO was transferred into TPC and became mould workshop of TPC.
With the foundation of a company specialized in mould designing and manufacturing as well as providing EPS products over the past five years for Protec, we can:
-Consult customers improvement solutions in designing and manufacturing to assure quality as well as ability to reduce cost of the product.
-Confidently to meet requirements relating to tight schedule from customers with active ability in mould design & manufacturing and available capacity of 1.200 tons of product/annum (planned to raise to 3.000 tons/annum)
-Commit to offer competitive prices to partly contribute to raise customers’ competitive advantage.
